Fitness Lifestyle Coaching
Recent studies have indicated the one size fits all fitness approach of calories-in minus calories-out to reduce excess belly fat, especially for adults in the midlife stage, is not working for many. Ultimately a holistic approach is required. An approach that considers the whole person, mind, body and spirit. The Fitness Lifestyle Coach schedules periodic discussions with the client about how the program is working for them and look for solutions to ensure they achieve the desired results.
Personalized Exercise Programs
Clients can perform the prescribed workouts by themselves but are strongly advised to use the services of a Personal Trainer. Clients can work with a trainer privately, semi-privately or in small groups depending on their fitness levels, experience and budget. Workouts can be included in a coaching program with a trainer assigned or purchased separately.
Our five step healthy eating program teaches you the eating behaviors that helps to change the deprivation diet mindsets so popular today but are ineffective long term. Getting rid of dangerous, excess body fat is about changing more than just the foods you eat. It is also about doing the inner and the hormonal response work where transformation truly lives.
Referral Network Partners
We have partnered with other professionals in our network to provide a one-stop shop service to offer personal training in Tarpon Springs along with coaching so our clients can get as much or as little help as they need to achieve their desired goals to enjoy living a healthier lifestyle instead of just losing weight then regain the weight. Once the habits and health issues that sabotage results has been identified we can work on a wellness program and behavior changes that will provide long term sustainable results.
Stress Management-Functional Medicine-Counseling
Managing stress is a critical component to reducing belly fat and keeping a healthy, slim waistline for life. Learning to meditate along with getting a good massage on a regularly scheduled basis has been shown to help keep stress under control. Counseling from experts who help you change your outlook and working with functional medicine physicians to keep you well instead of only treating your symptoms with medication are also available to you in our program. These services are a separate fee.
BEMER Trial Sessions
BEMER stands for: Bio Electro Magnetic Energy Regulation. BEMER does not treat your ailments but it does enhance a few parameters in your body that makes a difference. These are parameters concerning the function of the human body such as supply of oxygen, nutrients and maintaining a healthy body temperature. Many of our clients come in to learn about and try the BEMER before investing in one for home use.
Meal Prep/Delivery-Live Cell Analysis-Supplements
Clients that are too busy to plan, shop and prepare their meals can have meals delivered to their homes or office. Supplements can be purchased after receiving a Live Cell Analysis to learn exactly what supplements you can benefit from most.

It is owned and operated by Celia and Joel Dubey. If you are looking for a friendly, family type club to join, this is the place. The club offers full pool classes for seniors and athletes. Group classes and all the strength and aerobic machines you need to get in shape and stay fit.
Live STRONGER Longer is a holistic lifestyle fitness coaching program that is based on three cycles of twenty one day cycles for a total of nine weeks. Each cycle will reveal where you need to focus your efforts to establish behaviorial changes forming new habits that will yield positive health, fitness and body transforming results.
